We would like to express our deepest apologies to all stakeholders—including our customers and business partners—for the significant inconvenience and concern caused by the recent recall of our products and the associated quality issues.

We began shipping the repaired products on October 23, 2026. We have also gradually resumed normal shipments of our other products. We will continue to handle all related matters and the recall in a sincere, appropriate, and prompt manner.

Due to the high volume of inquiries we are receiving from our customers, we are reviewing and responding to them in the order they are received; however, it is taking longer than usual to provide responses. We sincerely apologize for the continued inconvenience and would appreciate your patience as we work through these inquiries.
