AoharuNEXT Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the personal information of users as follows.
This Policy explains what kind of personal information the Company acquires, how it is used and shared, and how users can manage their own personal information.

In addition to the above, the Company may use user information in a form that cannot identify individuals (such as anonymized information) without the user's permission, to the extent permitted by law.
3. Joint use of personal information

4. Provision and disclosure of personal information to third parties
The Company will not provide or disclose users' personal information to third parties, except in the cases listed below:
(1) When the user's consent has been obtained.
(2) When providing information to a company that performs tasks commissioned by the Company for the purpose of providing services to the user (such companies will enter into a confidentiality agreement with the Company). (This refers to, for example, disclosing delivery information to shipping carriers. These companies are prohibited from using the information beyond the scope necessary for the relevant tasks.)
(3) When based on laws and regulations.
(4) When it is necessary for the protection of a person's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual.
(5) When it is particularly necessary for the improvement of public health or the promotion of the sound development of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual.
(6) When it is necessary to cooperate with a national government agency, a local public entity, or a person commissioned by them in performing duties prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the individual's consent may impede the performance of those duties.

5. Safety management measures for personal information

Please note in advance that we may charge a fee based on the rates prescribed by the Company at that time. No fee will be charged at the time of the initial inquiry.
