Today, we have launched the Pledge Manager for our Kickstarter backers, and we would like to provide various instructions on this page.

Shipping fees for each region are as follows. Customers residing in Japan can only use Yamato Transport.

Please note that you will need to pay the shipping fee for your country/region of residence through the Pledge Manager.

United States (UGX): 5,500 yen

For customers in other countries, please check through the Pledge Manager.

*The shipping fee for customers in the U.S. is higher compared to other countries because the postal network cannot be used due to changes in customs policies.

You must finalize your pledge details in the Pledge Manager by 23:59 on June 21, 2026.

Please note that even if your details have already been finalized, you can still change the following information yourself until 23:59 on June 21.

(Changes can be made by yourself even if it has already been finalized on Hive until 6/21)

・Purchase of FocusRay Extension

・Additional purchases of add-ons

・Changes to shipping address information

After June 21, the support details for all customers will be forcefully changed to finalized status. Any subsequent changes to the pledge content will be limited to what is permitted under our company regulations.

Furthermore, please note that any such changes will be completely closed as of 23:00 on July 15, 2026. However, if you move or need to change your shipping address for other reasons, we will accommodate the change regardless of the deadline, provided you contact us before our shipment.

If you need to make any changes after changes become unavailable, please contact us from within the Pledge Manager.

If you make additional purchases through the Pledge Manager, they will, in principle, be shipped at the same time as the products you purchased on Kickstarter.

As previously announced, the FocusRay Extension will be shipped sequentially starting from its release date on October 17.

If you purchase the FocusRay Extension, the shipping fee for the FocusRay Extension shipment will be added to the Kickstarter shipping fee before payment is processed.

The shipping rates are as mentioned above.

With the opening of the Pledge Manager, we anticipate a high volume of inquiries from many customers.

As a general rule, support on X will be limited to cases where customers mention us, and this will be available for a limited time only.
