Updating the World of Tomorrow Through Unique Combinations

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support.

The AoharuNEXT Group has always pursued a single goal: to create new value by combining technology and hardware in our own unique way, and to update the world of tomorrow in many different fields. Even small elements and existing technologies can open up new possibilities depending on how they are combined. This belief lies at the very heart of our business.

In September 2026, however, our Group caused problems related to product quality, resulting in significant inconvenience and concern for our customers and everyone involved. We once again offer our deepest apologies.

Through this experience, we have taken an important lesson to heart: no matter how much new value we strive to create, we cannot update the world without a solid foundation of safety and quality. Taking on challenges and acting with integrity — these, too, are things we must combine.

Our Group is currently working to systematize quality control, strengthen our escalation processes, and ensure that our fundamental policies are understood and practiced throughout the company. Lost trust cannot be regained overnight. That is precisely why we are committed to earning your trust through consistent action, day after day.

The world of tomorrow is not something any one person can build alone. We are convinced that it will emerge from the combination of our customers, business partners, local communities, and each and every one of our employees.

We will continue to take on new challenges while placing safety and quality above all else. We sincerely ask for your continued support.
