Coporate Governance
To live up to the trust placed in us by all our stakeholders and to achieve sustainable growth and enhance our corporate value over the medium to long term, our Group is committed to establishing a management structure that enables transparent, fair, and prompt decision-making.
Basic Policy | We will establish mechanisms to prevent arbitrary decision-making.
To ensure that decisions are not made arbitrarily, even under a management structure with a small number of executives, our Group has established decision-making procedures based on internal regulations. In particular, when specialized judgment is required, we seek the opinions of in-house and external technical experts, as well as external professionals such as attorneys and certified public accountants, to ensure the soundness of our decisions.
Basic Policy | We will identify risks early and respond accordingly.
In response to quality-related issues that occurred in September 2026, we have designated quality-related risks as our top management priority. Led by the Quality Assurance and Crisis Management Office, we have established a system whereby any incidents or potential incidents that do not comply with standards are immediately reported to management. Additionally, we have established an internal whistleblower hotline and operate a system designed to detect and correct misconduct and problems at an early stage.
Basic Policy | We will review our framework in line with business growth.
Our Group will continuously review our governance framework in response to business expansion and changes in the social environment, and strive to enhance its effectiveness.
