Notice Regarding the Selection of Dedicated Fixed Mount Types in Pledge Manager

Thank you for your continued support of our products.

We would like to inform you that we have resolved an issue that occurred in our Pledge Manager, which launched today, June 1, 2026, at 5:00 PM.


If you have already finalized your information in the Pledge Manager, we kindly ask you to follow the steps below to select the specific mounting option included with your FocusRay unit.


Target Customers

・Customers whose selected FocusRay kit is prefixed with "[EarlyBird]".

・Customers who plan to select the Meta Quest Pro.


Instructions for Updating Your Selection
1. Re-opening Your Pledge Manager Submission

Please open the confirmation email sent by Hive regarding your Pledge Manager submission.

  • Scroll down to the bottom of the email and click the "View Pledge" button.

  • On the screen that appears, please enter the email address associated with your Kickstarter account. (Note: If your registered address is in a format such as "xxxxx@privaterelay.appleid.com", please use the updated email address as instructed in our previous Kickstarter update.)

  • Click the "Submit" button.


2. Updating Your Selection and Answering the Survey

After clicking Submit, you will receive an email from Hive containing a unique link.

  • Open the link in the email to view your current Pledge Manager submission.

  • Click the "Re-open pledge" button on the page to modify your submission.

  • In the "Survey" section of the edit screen, you will be able to select the specific mounting option.

  • Please select the required mount type and finalize your submission again.
