Those who apply for the gift campaign organized by AoharuNEXT Inc. (Headquarters: 1-2 Nihonbashi Hakozakicho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter "the Company") must read and agree to the following terms. By entering the campaign, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for the campaign, applicants must:

• Possess a valid X (formerly Twitter) account.

• Follow the official FocusRay X account.

• Agree to these Terms and Conditions.

• Not be using automated accounts or bots.

 

2. Application Method

Please apply only after agreeing to these terms and the specific requirements stated in the official X account's posts.

• Hashtags: If specific hashtags are required, they must be included. Failure to do so will void the entry.

• Media: If photo or image attachments are required, you must use original content captured by yourself. Ensure your submission does not violate any laws, infringe on third-party intellectual property, or breach privacy rights.

• Account Privacy: Entries from private (locked) accounts are not eligible.

 

3. Winner Announcement and Prize Collection

Winners will be announced via individual notification. If the Company is unable to contact a winner, the award will be invalidated.

For Physical Prizes (Tangible Goods):

• Notification will be sent via Direct Message (DM) from the official accounts (@aoharunext_inc or @FocusRayFT).

• Winners must provide shipping information via the designated web form by the specified deadline.

• Note: AoharuNEXT Inc. will never collect personal information directly within the DM text.

• Tracking numbers will be provided once the shipment is processed.

 

For Digital Prizes (Intangible Goods):

• Digital Gift Codes: Sent directly via DM. Receipt of the code constitutes delivery.

• Selection-based Gifts: Winners may select items within a specified budget (including tax). Once the selection is confirmed, the Company will send the items via DM.

• Platform-specific Gifts (Subscriptions, etc.): Winners must follow the provided instructions to receive the gift through the respective platform's functionality.

 

4. Additional Disclaimers

• Shipping Restrictions: Physical prizes may not be shippable to certain locations depending on the winner's residency.

• Privacy Policy: Personal data will be handled in accordance with the AoharuNEXT Inc. Privacy Policy (https://www.aoharunext.co.jp/policy).

• Substitutions: If a prize is unavailable in the winner's region, an equivalent alternative may be offered with the winner's consent. Failure to agree may result in disqualification.

• User Error: The Company assumes no responsibility for delivery failures caused by incorrect information provided by the winner.

• Non-Affiliation: Unless otherwise stated, prizes are not officially sponsored or endorsed by their respective manufacturers.
