Notice Regarding Revisions to the Product Warranty and Repair Policies
AoharuNEXT Inc. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Rion Moriyama; hereinafter "the Company") hereby announces that we have revised our Product Warranty Terms and Product Repair Terms effective today, October 23, 2026, as outlined below.
1. Revisions to the Product Warranty Terms

4. Warranty Period The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase. Please note that for customers who purchased the FocusRay wireless model (AONXV-001-W) or the FocusRay wired model (AONXV-001-WR) via Kickstarter, the warranty period is one year starting from November 1, 2026 For customers who purchased the product through pre-orders or other means, the warranty period is one year starting from the general release date announced by our company. For customers within the EU, we provide a two-year warranty in accordance with the law. (The rest has been omitted.) | 4. Warranty Period The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase.
