AoharuNEXT Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Rion Moriyama; hereinafter “the Company”) previously announced on December 15, 2025, that it would indefinitely suspend its business plan for the development of naked-eye 3D technology. We hereby announce that, effective today, we have decided to completely withdraw from this business.

Since our founding, we have consistently upheld the corporate mission of “Updating the Next World.” We had planned and executed business operations that combined naked-eye 3D technology with VTuber content.

However, after carefully considering the current state of technological development and the status of our business operations, we have determined that continuing the indefinite suspension of our naked-eye 3D technology development business is no longer appropriate.

Please note that we plan to continue our VTuber production operations, which we have similarly designated as a core business, and we are not currently considering any specific measures such as a freeze or withdrawal from this sector.

We will continue to strive to operate our business as a company providing technology and content in the virtual reality field, and we ask for your continued support.
