Following our second update on September 10, 2026, we would like to report on our current implementation and response status as follows.

Progress on the AoharuNEXT Roadmap Section

As stated, we began accepting recall requests on September 14. Additionally, we released an explanatory video regarding this matter by our corporate executives on September 18.

Regarding the return of repaired/requested items, details will be provided in "2. Progress Status of the Recall."

Progress on the FocusRay Wired Model Roadmap Section

Although we placed a new order for certain components on September 18, data verification* for other circuit boards and housing data took time, leading us to re-place the order on September 22.

Furthermore, to ensure utmost thoroughness in the remanufacturing data, we are conducting a sampling test, which has led us to postpone the start of manufacturing—originally scheduled for October 1—by approximately 5 to 7 days.

Progress on the FocusRay Wireless Model Roadmap Section

Due to delays in data creation resulting from customer support operations, orders are now scheduled to be placed on October 1, 2026. In addition, delays in receipt are expected due to a temporary shutdown of the contracted manufacturing plant.

The exact number of days of delay is currently under review, but we anticipate a delay of approximately 7 to 10 days at this stage. Please note that some components were received between September 28 and September 30, 2026.

Progress on the FocusRay Extension Roadmap Section

As part of our efforts to achieve a 100% recovery rate, we are sequentially sending out recall notifications to our customers. We also plan to provide guidance via email and other channels.

Regarding the return of repair-requested items, shipments will be postponed by approximately 5 to 7 days due to the impact of the post-re-order testing schedule for the FocusRay Wired model, after which they will be promptly processed in sequence.

Please note that in cases where repair-requested items are found to be partially damaged upon receipt by the Company, we will contact you individually to discuss the next steps, which is expected to take a relatively longer time.
