(Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Rion Moriyama; hereinafter “the Company”) is pleased to announce that, in order to strengthen its customer support system and enhance its manufacturing and shipping capabilities for the distribution and sale of its proprietary hardware, it will relocate its Service Center and Technical Support Center to Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture, and will also relocate (and establish) its logistics hub (shipping operations) to the same building.

The Company has previously operated a service center in Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture, and has also maintained manufacturing and shipping operations there.

Located in the heart of Japan, we will continue to maintain our base in Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture, for the sake of access to the metropolitan area and logistics efficiency, with the aim of ensuring stable manufacturing and shipping for our customers and sales partners.

In addition, it serves as a development hub, and with the introduction of new equipment and other initiatives, it has become a place where we can operate with greater flexibility and create new value.

We will continue to work on strengthening our customer support as well as our manufacturing and shipping systems, and we ask for your continued support.

Overview:

This is a multi-purpose facility that serves as a repair center for customers (service center functions), a technical support center, and a logistics hub for shipping. Through these initiatives, we aim to achieve more stable shipping, increase manufacturing capacity, and strengthen customer support.
