AoharuNEXT Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Rion Moriyama; hereinafter "the Company") hereby announces that it has decided, as of today, to indefinitely freeze the business plan for its Glasses-Free Stereoscopic Technology Development Business.

Since our founding, we have consistently upheld the corporate mission to "Update the Next World." To this end, we have planned and executed a business model that integrates glasses-free stereoscopic (3D) technology with VTuber content.

However, after careful consideration of current technical development progress and prevailing market conditions, we have determined that continuing the Glasses-Free Stereoscopic Technology Development Business is no longer appropriate at this time. We sincerely apologize to our customers who have been looking forward to our content for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please note that our VTuber Production Business, which is also a core pillar of our company, will continue as planned. We are not currently considering any suspension or withdrawal regarding this segment.

Furthermore, today's announcement does not signify a complete and permanent withdrawal from the glasses-free stereoscopic technology field.
